Electric Turkey Deep Fryer ReviewsIt never hurts to go a different direction when you're thinking about your Thanksgiving dinner. Or any dinner that involves cooking up a big turkey for many people to eat. A turkey deep fryer is there to help you cook your turkey a much different way. A deep fried turkey fryer doesn't really sound that great when you read about it. I remember the first time I heard about this. I thought that the bird would be crispy and greasy, when I was looking for tender and juicy. But I was surprised when the bird was carved open on the table. It was tender and juicy. There are many different reasons why this type of cooking method works so great. My personal belief is that it forces the juices to stay inside of the bird. They can't escape because it is surrounded by boiling hot grease. Not to mention the fact that you can cook a full bird in an hour, which leaves a lot less time for any juices to escape. If you're looking to make a bold move and do something a little different with your next turkey dinner, you'll have to see how a turkey deep fat fryer will work for you.
Masterbuilt Electric Turkey Deep Fryer (Indoor)
Since this is an indoor fryer there are limitations. Currently you can only cook a turkey (or chicken) that is 14 pounds in size. Anything bigger than that could compromise the safety of the entire system. It only uses a third less oil, so you don't have to play with as much oil inside your home. Since there are a lot of little specs and information that you need to know about this particular turkey deep fryer, I'm going to leave you with a link to read up more on this. You can get a good idea if this is something that you want.

Oil-Less Infrared Turkey Deep Fryer
This is the alternative. There is no oil at all. You just put it in the pot and it cooks the turkey with infrared waves. It's just that easy. I'm going to link to another site that will give you detailed information on how this works. They have a video, pictures and diagrams that you can look at to get a rough idea of how this works. They also have reviews of people that have personally used the fryer.
